Meet your wedding celebrant

Liz was a primary school teacher and then headteacher for 36 years and is based in Southampton. Liz worked across a variety of different schools. In 2022, she decided to retire from being a full time head teacher and has retrained as a wedding celebrant.

Liz has a wealth of experience with public speaking and working collaboratively with people to create a wedding ceremony that goes above and beyond anything you could wish for.

Liz loves nothing better than baking whilst listening to the radio! She also loves walking the dog, gardening, reading, crosswords and spending time with family and friends. Since retiring, travelling is also high on her agenda.

Liz really enjoys working with people and making a difference. Liz is intuitive and is good at getting to understand people and what makes them tick. She has a great sense of humour and is good at putting people at their ease. This has come from years of experience of working with people and making sure their needs are met. She looks forward to working with you to create your perfect ceremony.
